Doing the Walk About!!

Did another walk tonight with Kristin. I have now gotten 4 miles down behind me!! We walked Monday night and then again tonight. I have a new app to me, on my phone. Map my walk. And i just discovered it keeps up with the calories burned, sleep, steps. I don't have a flex band but was wanting one... Maybe one day. Any way I am super excited... Burn calories burn!!
