WOW what a morning. Lost 2 hrs of sleep. My back was killing me!! Not sure if I may have over did the exercise or not. I thought the workout was rather simple. But man oh man all night my back hurt pretty bad. Not to mention all day to. The foods I ate was a new recipe for Chicken, broccoli, and quinoa. It was very good at dinner last night and today for lunch. Been having breakfasts in a jar also. Snacks today were celery and carrots. Basically the foods that I had planned to eat today I ended up not eating all of them. I am sure thats a good thing. Well, skipped the workout today and maybe tomorrow I will give the work out another try but maybe not the full amount.
