Ok I officially started the 21 Day Fix plan. Well, I think I did very well personally for the first day. I didn't drink the required water amount. But I did drink water. The only sugar I did have was in the am in my coffee. I haven't had any bread all day. Did very good. I also tried a 20 min quick workout that Autumn had posted on her You Tube Channel. Well, I thought I was dying!! Yeah and it was a real simple work out. Then I figured out real quick I am really out of shape. But hopefully I will be able to at least eat in small portions and get some exercise in.
