Praise Report Share
I wanted to share this everywhere I can. Don't give up!!GOD is always there with you even when times are low! My event today so I had to share.
Awesome praise report!!! I found a Walmart gift card in my wallet. I have had this gift card for a very long time. The time is tough and tight right now. Off to Walmart I go shopping for the monthly groceries. I struggle at every item and I am weighing the options whether to buy or not. Get to check out and end up giving the cashier a coupon which he said was expired! The he said he will give it to me anyway. The I give him the gift card, and he swipes it and hands the card and the receipt back to me and says thank you. "What wait, I don't owe anything?" He said, " no mam, there was plenty on the card"!!!! GASP!! I thanked GOD all the way to the car and shed a couple of tears to. Blessings in disguise!!

To Audio or not to Audio?
Ok I decided to try something different. I got my library card and off I went in search of books. Well I found that it might be easier if I actually listen to some along the way. So I ended up downloading Suzanne Collins Catching Fire and Mocking Jay audible book for free through the library!! WOW!!! Ok yes I did go to the book sale today and got 6 books for $7, not to bad huh!! Now off to find more time to read!!! Oh and quilt!! Quilt update tomorrow!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2016!!
Maybe I can post something here every so often. I am now a quilter and joined a quilting guild here locally! I love it. I have been reading books for about a year now. LOVE IT!!! I am about to embark on a new career. Troup County Transportation Department~ School Bus Driver. Totally looking forward to a new year. It will be a new year with new beginnings all the way around. Its like a clean slate.. well sorta.

Doing the Walk About!!
Did another walk tonight with Kristin. I have now gotten 4 miles down behind me!! We walked Monday night and then again tonight. I have a new app to me, on my phone. Map my walk. And i just discovered it keeps up with the calories burned, sleep, steps. I don't have a flex band but was wanting one... Maybe one day. Any way I am super excited... Burn calories burn!!

WOW what a morning. Lost 2 hrs of sleep. My back was killing me!! Not sure if I may have over did the exercise or not. I thought the workout was rather simple. But man oh man all night my back hurt pretty bad. Not to mention all day to. The foods I ate was a new recipe for Chicken, broccoli, and quinoa. It was very good at dinner last night and today for lunch. Been having breakfasts in a jar also. Snacks today were celery and carrots. Basically the foods that I had planned to eat today I ended up not eating all of them. I am sure thats a good thing. Well, skipped the workout today and maybe tomorrow I will give the work out another try but maybe not the full amount.

Ok I officially started the 21 Day Fix plan. Well, I think I did very well personally for the first day. I didn't drink the required water amount. But I did drink water. The only sugar I did have was in the am in my coffee. I haven't had any bread all day. Did very good. I also tried a 20 min quick workout that Autumn had posted on her You Tube Channel. Well, I thought I was dying!! Yeah and it was a real simple work out. Then I figured out real quick I am really out of shape. But hopefully I will be able to at least eat in small portions and get some exercise in.
